Hire Customers

In the unlikely event you have a problem a problem with the equipment you have hired, contact us immediatly and we will attempt to resolve your issue in the quickest time possible. If you are unable to use the equipment due to a manafacturing fault with the product, we will get it swapped out, and extend your hire by the time that u were anable to use the equipment.

In the event you just want a different peice of equipment, wer are happy to swap it out, however there may be an additional delivery charge.

                     If you are unsure, feel free to hire something first.

If a product has a problem due to a manafacturing fault, we will assit you as soon as practible in line with thh manafactures guidlines and warranties.

If you purchase something outside of the warranty service area, you may be required to return the product for assesment, and if under warranty, it will be reppaired or replaced, or replaced with something equal or better, or a refund, in that order. Credits will be applied as per the payment type at the time of purchase.

At the time of pruchase feel free to check if you live in an area that requireds the return of the product for warranty, or return to the nearest repair agent. Returnng the equipment is at the cost of the customer. Product needs to be returned in a safe and rotective manner. Any damage will be born by the customer.

Warranty does not cover willful damage, wear and tear, or negelct.

State laws apply in relation to je sale and warranty of product.

Have your recipt, serial number and model number handy.
